This week I've been all about interiors...I'm still apartment hunting, and as such, am still decorator dreaming. These are some scrap book pages I made for my future flatmate and I...

Apartment hunting is making me crazy...giving me a good reason to do some stylish stalking on the Coveteur.

After giving up my lovely beach side apartment to spend a few months in NYC, I'm now back to the task of searching for a new abode. Despite rising rent prices in Sydney, I seem to be daydreaming of myself in some delightful space, all wooden floors and white washed walls. Scouring interior design blogs has painted a much prettier picture of my new home than domain.com seems to be doing!

ms.g's

Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the most recent restaurant in the Merivale stable- the delectable Ms. G's. A group of excited girlfriends in tow, we made our way into the chic yet relaxed interior, upstairs through two of the sweeping split dining levels and on to the top floor bar. There we sampled what will surely become their most infamous drink- the pina colada iced slushy complete with sealed plastic cups and thick bright straws. After an amazing meal of Vietnamese influenced dishes, we could take in the intriguing interior design. Floor to ceiling glass windows with glimpses of Sydney Harbour bridge contrasted with masses of dangling ropes and graffiti covered walls, Ms. G's is an exciting mish mash of styles that some how work together.
