I love it when a magazine injects a little bit of humour into it's editorials and covers. This issue of Ponystep magazine has three covers, from Donatella Versace to the fabulous fantasy, Dame Edna.

I'm not usually one to like a celebrity magazine cover. I find the most engaging covers are those that express emotion and an intriguing narrative, which more often than not, require a talented model and photographer. But as an exception, I find myself liking this Elle cover. I know it's just Gwen Stefani turned on her side. Perhaps it's the lack of text the often over runs commercial covers? Or is it the deep luscious blue? I can't quite put my finger on it. But I like it.
